“I cannot tell you how many rave reviews I got about the food yesterday. Absolutely delicious—I was nervous that people would complain about the lack of meat, however I did not hear any complaints and several people said they were pleased to be offered a healthier meal that wasn’t fish. Any one who can pull off a veg meal with 100 people and no complaints is masterful. Please commend your chefs and staff for another remarkable event.”
