WE CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT!
Our ingredients are predominantly organic and all natural, including the finest meats and seafood available. We choose our seafood with sustainability in mind, paying attention to the guidelines from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and information from our fish purveyors. Back at our kitchen, we compost all our food scraps, we recycle all of our plastic, cans and cardboard, we use low flow water sprayers and we’ve switched our lighting to energy efficient LED lighting. At events, we gather up any scraps of food, including anything scraped off of plates, put it all into green compostable bags and it ALL gets composted. On the occasions when our guests request disposable plates, silverware, cups and napkins, we use paper and corn based items, which are ALL biodegradable and compostable.
